A chair is used for seated and/ or standing support. This class is geared toward seniors, but all ages and levels are welcome!
PiYo is a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility. The Pilates part strengthens and tones the body, while the Yoga part promotes mindfulness and relaxation.
