Spectrum Fitness Recognized as Fit-Freindly Company in 2009
October 29th, 2009- Spectrum Fitness was recognized by the American Heart Association as a Start! Fit-Friendly Company. As you know, American adults spend most of their waking hours at work- many in sedentary office environments. This makes the U.S. population increasingly susceptible to health risks associated with inactive lifestyles.
