Johnny Long, former head strength coach at the University of Tennessee for 14 years, now brings his cutting edge training regime to you. His total body strength and cardiovascular training programs have trained many individuals ranging from All American athletes to many of the well known celebrities in the industry today. What is Impact Training?

  • Impact Training is a total body strength and cardiovascular program.
  • Sessions consist of 4-10 people and are led by one or two Certified Personl Trainers.
  • Your trainer will demonstrate how to perform the exercise at each station in the circuit.
  • A one hour circuit class will then commence with each member spending about 1 minute at each station.
  • Your coach will be coaching and motivating you along the way.
