Gentle Yoga

One of the oldest forms of group exercise, yoga is the ultimate mind-body experience. Gentle Yoga is particularly suited to beginners, focusing on gaining flexibility and strength. This class is taught from the floor as well as standing. A mat is required.


A ballet-inspired workout designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles. Using ballet-inspired moves, you will leave class feeling more graceful, longer, and leaner! No dance experience is necessary.

Spin 101

A 30 minute cycling experience for those new to cycling. Learn how to correctly set up the bike for the best ride, build cardiovascular endurance, and gain lower body strength as your body adapts to the experience of cycling. No experience is necessary! Bring water and be prepared to sing!
